(2.) The matter comes up on the misc. application for modification/ correction in the order dated 03.03.2020 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.21302/2019 ( Symbiosis Institute Of Nursing vs. State of Rajasthan & Others ).
(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner Mr.Rahul Kamwar submitted that the writ petition was filed by the petitioner-Institute seeking permission to run Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course.;
