PANKAJ BHANDARI,J. - (1.) Petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.
(2.) F.I.R. No.296/2020 was registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur City East (Raj.) for offence under Sections 381 of I.P.C.
(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that the matter pertains to theft of sarees. Charge-sheet has been filed.;
