CHANDRA KUMAR SONGARA, J. - (1.) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners namely Smt. Suman Kumari Mahawar & Prithvi seeking protection of their life and liberty from the respondent Nos.7 to 13 as they have entered into marriage against their wishes.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is married to petitioner No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that her parents are not happy with her marriage with the petitioner No.2 and their life are in danger. Petitioners prayed for police protection.
(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor submits that in case of any wrongful act by the parents of either petitioner No.1 or petitioner No.2, the police protection would be provided to them.;
