MANOJ KUMAR GARG,J. - (1.) Heard learned Counsel for the appellant (juvenile-through his guardian elder father-Gautam S/o Shri Ladji) as well as learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.
(2.) The allegation against the petitioner is of offence under Sections 302, 458, 323, 325/34 I.P.C. The bail application filed by the appellant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. which was rejected vide order dated 20.11.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge POCSO Act 2012 and Right to Child Protection Commission Act-2005, Banswara.
(3.) Being aggrieved of the order dated 20.11.2019 passed by the Court below, the appellant has preferred this criminal appeal before this Court.;
