SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J. - (1.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC in connection with FIR No. 479/2019 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Ajmer for the offence under Sections 406 , 420 , 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 120B , 193 and 196 IPC.
(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant.
(3.) The accused petitioners are said to be attested witnesses to the documents which are alleged to be forged entered into between the complainant and one Rajesh Kumar who have been granted anticipatory bail by this court.;
