- (1.) Due to outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the lawyers are not appearing in the Court.
(2.) Heard Mr. Yogesh Singhal, learned counsel for the petitioners, through video calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the Court.
(3.) Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are major and they have entered into marriage on 27.05.2020 at Arya Samaj Sanatan Vaidik Sanskar Trust, Ghaziabad. Counsel further submits that thereafter they are living together as wife and husband peacefully and happily and private respondents No.4 & 5 with their associate and relatives are continuously harassing and torturing and prayed for a direction to protect life of the petitioners from private respondents No.4 & 5.;
