Arun Bhansali,J. - (1.) This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 26.08.2020 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Makrana, whereby the plaint filed by the petitioner has been rejected under Order VII, Rule 11 CPC.
(2.) Against the order dated 26.08.2020, initially the petitioner filed SBCW No. 9468/2020, when the same came-up before a coordinate Bench of this Court, on an application filed by the petitioner, the same was ordered to be converted into a revision petition.
(3.) When the present revision petition came-up before the Court, it was put to learned counsel for the petitioner as to how even the revision petition would be maintainable.;
