- (1.) These bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C in connection with FIR No. 60/2020 registered at Police Station Tatarpur, District Alwar for the offence under sections 323 , 341 , 379 , 458 and 380 IPC.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR has been registered against unknown persons and during investigation, the petitioners were arrested by the police on 01.06.2020. It is further submitted that there is no identification of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners are behind the bars since long and the conclusion of the trial will take time, hence, the petitioners may be released on bail.
(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.;
