PANKAJ BHANDARI,J. - (1.) Petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.
(2.) F.I.R. No. 310/2020 was registered at Police Station Bhusawar, District Bharatpur, for offences under Sections 354, 366, 342 and 120-B of IPC and Sections 3(1)(W) and 3(2)(VA) of SC/ST Act.
(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are young girls who have informed the villagers about the boy and girl and they were not involved in bringing the girl to that place.;
