- (1.) For the reasons assigned, the application moved in SB Cr. Misc. Bail Application No.4945/2020 is allowed and it is ordered that in the cause title of this bail application, the name of the Police Station Vijay Nagar, Ajmer be read as Bewar Sadar (Ajmer).
(2.) Both these bail applications have been filed under Section 439 CrPC in connection with FIR No. 637/2019 registered at Police Station Bewar (Sadar), Ajmer for the offences under Sections 420 , 467 , 468 , 471 and 120B IPC.
(3.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.;
