- (1.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 18/2020 registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar, Kota City for the offence under sections 376 and 384 I.P.C.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the alleged offence under Sections 376 and 384 is not made out against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the prosecutrix is not minor, hence, the petitioner be released on bail.
