- (1.) Petitioner has preferred S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.2729/2018 aggrieved by order dated 20.09.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge No.19, Jaipur Metropolitan whereby, Criminal Revision filed by the petitioner was dismissed and the order dated 17.03.2017 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.34, Chaksu whereby, he sent the complaint to the Police Station for registration of FIR was confirmed.
(2.) S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.2623/2018 has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.112/2017 registered at Police Station Shivdaspura, District Jaipur City (South).
(3.) S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.730/2020 has been filed by the complainant seeking fair investigation in FIR No.112/2017 registered at Police Station Shivdaspura, District Jaipur City (South) for offence under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC.;
