- (1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 111/2020 registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar District Jaipur City (East) for the offence(s) under Section(s) 8/21 of N.D.P.S. Act .
(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners through 'Jitsi Meet'.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are in custody since 23.02.2020. investigation as against them is complete, the contraband allegedly recovered from their possession is less than commercial quantity, they have no criminal antecedents and prays for release of the petitioner on bail.;
