Dinesh Mehta,j. - (1.) The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to give joining to the petitioner pursuant as per his merit according merit list of Liberian Grade-III.
(2.) After the order of posting, the petitioner made representation for being posted at School where the post was still vacant. However, the respondents did not pass any order on the said representation.
(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh detailed representation and the respondents may be directed to decide the said representation expeditiously.;
