- (1.) A Co-ordinate Bench of this court has dismissed an identical petition with regard to challenge of transfer in respect of transfer of the Agricultural Supervisor. A copy of the order dated 5.6.2020 passed in SBCWP No.5808/2020 which has been placed before this court.
(2.) This court finds that in the impugned order of 14.5.2020, there are 48 Agricultural Supervisors while there is 1 Agricultural Officer, 1 Assistant Agricultural Officer and 1 Junior Assistant out of total 51 persons.
(3.) It is informed that apart from Junior Assistant all the other transfers are with regard to the prevention of locust in the border regions namely Jaisalmer, Barmer, Bikaner and Jalore (CAD) areas which are affected by the locust attack coming from the other country.;
