Vineet Kothari, J. - (1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

THE Petitioner, working as Librarian, has approached this Court against her transfer from Government Senior Secondary School, Bhadwasia to Government Senior Secondary School, Jaleri Ahecha vide order Annex -P/2 dated 26.09.2010. For the said transfer, the Petitioner has not been given travelling allowance whereas Petitioner never requested for her transfer. In pursuance to transfer order, Petitioner has been relieved and joined at the transferred place i.e. at Government Senior Secondary School, Jaleri, Ahecha. However, to accommodate the private Respondent No. 4 who was working at Government Senior Secondary School, Jaleri Ahecha, the said transfer order has been cancelled and the Petitioner has been again transferred to join duties at Government Senior Secondary School, Nathdau vide Annex -4 dated 01.10.2010, where the Respondent No. 4 was posted. Against the impugned order dated 01.10.2010 (Annex -4), the Petitioner has not submitted any representation before the Respondents. Considering the submissions made at the bar, it is considered expedient to direct the Petitioner to submit representation to the competent authority within a period of one week from today and the competent authority is directed to decide the same by speaking order dealing with the relevant facts and circumstances of the case and determine all the points raised by the Petitioner separately within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. It is only after such speaking order is passed and the same is adverse to the Petitioner that the Petitioner is free to avail her legal remedy.
(3.) THE writ petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be sent to the Respondents forthwith.;
