- (1.) SINCE as per the record, election to the Rajasthan State Dairy Federation has already been taken place on 27/8/2010, this appeal has become infructuous. This is however goes without saying that stay has been granted by the learned Single Judge only subject to the final outcome of the writ petition.
(2.) APPEAL is therefore dismissed as having become infructuous. Since main appeal itself has been dismissed as having become infructuous, this stay application does not survive and the same is consequently dismissed.;
