Mohammad Rafiq, J. - (1.) AFTER making arguments on merits of the case, learned Counsel for Petitioner submitted that he confines his prayer only to extent that part of order of Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal dated 02.11.2010 be modified by which representation of Petitioner has been directed to be decided by District Education Officer. He submitted that against his allegation about making illegality in passing of transfer order by that authority, Petitioner should be given liberty to make representation to the Director, Elementary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner.
(2.) WITH liberty as prayed for, writ petition is disposed of. Petitioner is directed to make a representation to Director, Elementary Education, Bikaner, in the light of order of Tribunal dated 02.11.2010, which shall be decided within time period stipulated by Tribunal in its order with CWP15223/2010 stipulation contained therein that co -terminus with expiry of two months from the date of making representation the interim order shall continue with clarification that such interim order would come to an end after expiry of aforesaid period of two months subject to any other order that may be passed by the Director. Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.;
