- (1.) This present petition/application has been filed under Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter as Act) by "M/S.. Ohm Media Private Limited" (hereinafter as Petitioner Company) alongwith its Director Mr. Pravin Ramashish Singh praying for restoring its name in the Register maintained by the Registrar of Companies. Mumbai (hereinafter as ROC) .
(2.) The Petitioner Company was incorporated with the ROC. Mumbai on 5th July 201 L having CIN : U22222MH2011PTC219450.
(3.) The Petitioner Company is involved in Legal, accounting, book-keeping and auditing activities; tax consultancy; market research and public opinion polling; business and management consultancy.;
