In support of the submission she has referred to the resolution that has been passed by the CoC in its 3rd meeting held on 08.12.2017, the Application is allowed. The time period of CIRP in respect of the Corporate Debtor is extended for further period of 90 days with effect from 07.01.2018 onwards. Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.;
