Ch. Mohd Sharief Tariq, Member - (1.) Irp in person present filed CA/29/IB/2018 in TCP/10/IB/2017 to seek extension of CIRP under section 12 (2) of the IBC, 2016. He has referred to the 4th meeting of CoC held on 03.01.2018 wherein under Item No.8, a resolution has been passed to seek extension of CIRP for 90 days. The Application is allowed on the basis of the grounds mentioned therein. The CIRP is extended for further period of 90 days with effect from 21.01.2018 onwards. Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.;
