The Petitioner Company has filed the present petition under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer for issuance of directions to the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka to restore the name of the Company as originally existed in its register and continue its namepn the Register of Registrar of Companies.
