- (1.) The Petitioner Company M/s. Property Infra Tech India Private Limited has filed the present petition under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer for issuance of directions to the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka to restore the name of the Company as originally existed in its register and continue its name on the register of Registrar of Companies.

The averments made in the petition are as follows: The Petitioner Company was originally incorporated on 25th March, 2010 under the name and style of "Property Infra Tech India Private Limited" in the State of Karnataka vide CIN NO.U45400KA2010PTC052992. The Registered Office of the Petitioner Company is situated at 16-1-32/1, Ground Floor, Rohan Corporation. Attavara, Mangalore, Dakshina Kannada-575002.
(3.) The Authorised Capital of the Petitioner Company is Rs.2,50,00,000/- divided into 25,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. The issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital is Rs.21,50,000/- divided into 2,15,000 of Rs.10/- each.;
