- (1.) Ca/35/2018 has been filed on behalf of the COC praying for replacement of the RP. They have proposed the name of Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta (Registration No.: IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00262/2017-2018/10500) whose consent and certificate of eligibility has also been placed on record.
(2.) In view of the resolution passed by the COC, Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta is confirmed as the RP in this case. He is directed to take necessary steps as per the statute and file the report.
(3.) Ld. Counsel for the earlier RP, Mr. Vishnu Dutt submits that his fees and outstanding expenses be reimbursed by the COC as per the agreed terms.;
