Mohd Sharief Tariq, Member - (1.) Resolution Professional in person present, filed an Application for extension of the CIRP in relation to the Corporate Debtor M/s. SKC Retail Ltd. The period of 180 days expired on 22.01.2018. The CoC in its second Meeting dated 18.12.2017, resolved to seek an extension of the CIRP for a further period of 90 days. The Minutes of the said Meeting are placed on record.
(2.) In view of the decision taken by the CoC dated 18.12.2017, the time period of CIRP is extended for 90 days i.e., upto 21.04.2018. Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.;
