- (1.) This present petition/application has been filed under Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter as Act) by "M/S. Giftingmind Industries Private Limited" (hereinafter as Petitioner Company) alongwith its Director Mr. Abhijeet Dnyaneshwar Gaikwad praying for restoring its name in the Register maintained by the Registrar of Companies, Pune (hereinafter as ROC) .
(2.) The Petitioner Company was incorporated with the ROC, Pune on 28th March, 2013; having CIN : U74900PN2013PTC146760.
(3.) The Petitioner Company is carrying on the business of trading, manufacturing, producing, buying, selling, importing, exporting, transporting, storing, developing, marketing, to act as manufacturers, representatives or supplying, brand merchandising packing, repacking, dealing in or providing services relating to gift articles, merchandise of various kinds and nature and to provide gifting solutions to various targets groups in India or elsewhere in the World.;
