- (1.) The Petitioner Company M/s. Mindscapes Enhance Communication Private Limited has filed the present petition under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer for issuance of directions to the Registrar of Companies, Kamalaka to restore the name of the Company as originally existed in its register and continue us name on the register of Registrar of Companies.
