- (1.) B.R. Construction, a proprietary concern of Mr. Piyush Pareek filed this petition under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code read with Rule 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Adjudicating Authorities Rules, 2016 with a request to trigger Corporate Insolvency Process in respect of G.R. Infraprojects Limited, styling it as Corporate Debtor.
(2.) Petitioner/Operational Creditor is a proprietary concern. G.R. Infraprojects Ltd. is a company registered under the Companies Act with paid up share capital of Rs. 49,72,42,160/-having its registered office at Prahlad Nagar, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad. It is stated that petitioner carried out work contracts for road construction on the basis of work orders placed by the respondent. Total amount of debt claimed in this petition is Rs. 5,22,71,187/-. It is stated that petitioner carried out work in relation to 13 projects. They are detailed as follows:- Project - 1 Bhagalpur bypass section of NH-80 in State of Bihar Project - 2 N.H. 85 from Chapra to Gopalganj km. 0.000 to km 93.500 & k.m. 0.000 to km 94.258 in Bihar Project - 3 Faridakot to Bhatinda Road project NH-5 (New No. 54) from KM 221.380 to 287.615 Project - 4 Parwanoo - Solan NH-22 from KM 67 to KM 106.139 in the State of Himachal Pradesh Project - 5 Jodhpur Pali section of NH-65 from KM 308.000 to KM 366 and including Pali by pass starting from KM 366 of NH-65 connection NH-14at KM 114.00 Project - 6 Jodhpur Pali section of NH-65 from KM 308.000 to KM 366 & including Pali bypass starting from KM 366 of NH-65, connecting NH 14 at KM 114.000 Project - 7 Jodhpur ROB-Paver Block casting & fixing and drain work Project - 8 Bagundi Barmer Section 112 KM 254.800 to KM 328.900 & NHDP for in the State of Rajasthan project. Project - 9 Jaisalmer Barmer Section NH-15 KM 0.000 to KM 122.800 & KM 144.500 to KM 153.034 under NHDP-IV. Project - 10 Jodhpur Pokran Section NH-114 from KM 11.000 to KM 101.400 and from KM 126.500 to KM 175.433 Project - 11 Laboratory at Balicha Project - 12 Raipur Lambia Road section of NH-458 from km 163.800 to km 216.600 under NHDP phase-IV in State of Rajasthan Project - 13 Suratgarh - Srinagar section of NH-15 (km 173.000 to km 294.200) in State of Rajasthan

Petitioner filed the documents in relation to each project work, list of bills, quotation, invoice, measurement details etc. According to the petitioner, following are the amounts in default in relation to project No. 1 to 13.
