- (1.) This present petition application has been filed under Section 252 of the Companies Act. 2013 (hereinafter as Act) by "MS. T T Machines Private Limited" (hereinafter as Petitioner Company) through its Director Mr. Pravin Thorat praying for restoring its name in the Register maintained by the Registrar of Companies, Pune (hereinafter as ROC) .
(2.) The Petitioner Company was incorporated with the ROC, Pune on 16th February 201 L having CIN : U29199PN2011PTC138552.
(3.) The Petitioner Company is involved in Manufacturing of general purpose machinery.;
