M.K. Shrawat, Member - (1.) Tcp 155/I&BC/NCLT/MB/MAH/2017 We are informed that the Hon'ble High Court has already passed a Liquidation Order (already on record) , against the Respondent Debtor. Therefore, this Petition has become redundant.
(2.) However, the Petitioner is granted liberty to lodge its claim in respect of the Debt in question before the Official Liquidator so appointed by the Hon'ble High Court.
(3.) Petition Disposed of accordingly.;
