- (1.) This present petition/application has been filed under Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter as Act) by "M/S. Meenakshi Multitrade Private Limited" (hereinafter as Petitioner Company) alongwith its Directors Mr. Anil Kumar Goenka and Ms. Manuj Goenka praying for restoring its name in the Register maintained bv the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai (hereinafter as ROC) .
(2.) The Petitioner Company was incorporated with the ROC, Mumbai on 12th June 2012" having CIN : U74120MH2012PTC232081.
(3.) The Petitioner Company is involved in the business of Legal, accounting, book-keeping and auditing activities; tax consultancy; market research and public opinion polling; business and management consultancy.;
