- (1.) The matter is listed for hearing today. When the matter is taken up, the Counsels have filed a joint memo. Parties to the petition have signed in the joint memo along with their respective Counsel. Both the parties requested the Tribunal to dismiss the petition as settled outside the Tribunal in terms of Oral Family Settlement.
(2.) It is also reported in the Joint Memo that, both the parties have complied the terms of settlement agreement and requested the Tribunal to dismiss the matter as settled outside the Tribunal.
(3.) The joint memo is therefore recorded. In the result, the petition is disposed as settled outside the Tribunal.;
