- (1.) In the order dated 30.08.2017 reliance was placed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on a judgment of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court rendered in the case of Ispat Industries Limited v. Unknown, 2005 2 BCR 94. Learned counsel seeks and is granted time to check up whether the judgment holds good or it has been overruled. List for further consideration on 31.01.2018.;
