- (1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner applies for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 or any other remedy in accordance with law.
(2.) The prayer made by the learned counsel is accepted and liberty is granted in terms thereof.;
