(2.) On hearing arguments of the Petitioner side, the Corporate Debtor side sought adjournment on the ground Senior Advocate is not present. It is a known tact that adjournment is normally not given under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
(3.) However, the Corporate Debtor side is peremptorily directed to argue the matter on the next date of hearing, failing which, the Petition will be decided on the submissions made by the Petitioner Counsel.;
