JUDGEMENT
-
(1.) In pursuance of last order an affidavit by Mr. Pankaj Sharma, one of the Director of the company has been filed showing the details of various properties.
(2.) The details of those properties are as under:-

(3.) In order to protect the secured assets, we direct the petitioner to restrain from alienating or creating any charge or encumbrance of any type or renting anyone of them with regard to the aforesaid properties till the final disposal of the petition.;
