Ratakonda Murali, Member - (1.) The Petitioner Company M/s. Synap Bio-Tech Private Limited has filed the present petition under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer for issuance of directions to the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka to restore the name of the Company as originally existed in its register and continue its name on the register of Registrar of Companies The averments made in the petition are as follows:
(2.) The Petitioner Company was originally incorporated on 10th October, 2006 under the name and style of "Synap Bio-Tech Private Limited" in the State of Kamataka vide CIN No.U01118KA2006PTC040701. The Registered Office of the Petitioner Company is situated at 178/16,10th 'B' Main, I Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore-560011.
(3.) The Authorised Capital of the Petitioner Company is Rs. 1,00,000/- divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. The issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital is Rs. 1,00,000/-divided into 10,000 of Rs.10/- each.;
