Mr. Jatinder Mohan Julka, Managing Director has filed resolution of the petitioner-company dated 20.11.2017 authorising him to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action. It is submitted that there are certain technical defects in the petition. The prayer is allowed and the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action.;
