(2.) On MA 363/2017 filed by the Applicant namely Mr. Sanjay Gupta for a direction for sending file to NCLT Delhi basing on the Order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 08.08.2017, the Registry of NCLT, Mumbai is hereby directed to ensure that record in respect to this case is being sent to NCLT, Delhi within one week hereof.
