- (1.) Mr. R. Krishnamurty IRP present in person and filed a Memo stating that due to non-cooperation of the Operation Creditor problem is being faced by him for making public announcement and constituting the committee of creditors. Registry is directed to issue notice to the Counsel for the Operational Creditor to remain present before this Bench on the next date of hearing.
