- (1.) The Petitioner Company PAPRIKA RESTAURANTS &HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED has filed the present petition under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer for restoration of the name of the company.

The Registered Office of the Petitioner Company is situated at 70B, 6th B Cross, 3rd Block, Koramangala, Bangalore-560034, Karnataka, India.;
