P.K. Saikia, Member - (1.) Mr. Abhijit Baruah and Mr. Kanishka Khetan, learned Advocates appear for and on behalf the applicants/respondents and Mr. Akash Sharma, PCS appears for and on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits by referring to an email received from the Corporate Debtor that there is possibility of settling the disputes in this proceeding without intervention of this Bench and, therefore, they need some time. Such request was supported by the learned legal representative appearing for the Corporate Debtor.
(3.) In view of the above the Registry is directed to list the matter on 09th January, 2018.;
