- (1.) C.P. No. 1310/I&BC/NCLT/MB/MAH/2017 The Learned Representatives of the Petitioner is present.
(2.) As per the Application for Withdrawal of the Company Petition dated 16th October, 2017 filed by the Petitioner Creditor, the Respondent Debtor viz. M/s. TSP Access Rental Pvt. Ltd. has made payment of the outstanding amount of Rs.98,33,252/- (Rupees ninety eight lakhs thirty three thousand two hundred fifty two only) in two tranches.
(3.) As a result, the Learned Counsel of the Petitioner Creditor seeks permission to withdraw the Petition, which appears to be appropriate.;
