- (1.) At the request of Learned Counsel for the Petitioner time is granted to comply with the provisions of IBC and also issue necessary notices under Section 8 of the IBC and serve to the other side as mandated under Rule 5 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Adjudicating Authority Rules) , 2016. All the compliances are required to be made on or before 13th June, 2017 in view of the Notification issued by the Central Government as otherwise the matter would get abated. Post the matter on 6.7.2017 for reporting compliances before the Learned Registrar, NCLT.;
