M. M. Kumar, Member - (1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to comply with the Rules known as Companies (Transfer of Pending Proceedings) Rules, 2016 and also compliance with the Rules known as Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.
(2.) It shall also send a statutory notice under Section 8 of IBC, 2016 with advance copy of the paper book as well as compliance affidavit to the respondent.
(3.) Let the needful be done on or before 13.06.2017 failing which the petition would abate. List on 27.07.2017.;
