Rajeswara Rao Vittanala, Member - (1.) The Company Application bearing CA No.137/252/HDB/2017, is filed by NSP BVSR KP Road Projects Private Limited under Section 252 (3) of the Companies Act, 2013, seeking to direct Registrar of Companies (RoC) to restore the name of the Applicant in the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, and to place the Company and all other persons in the Company, such as Directors, Shareholders, Employees and all others related to the Company, to be in the same position before the striking off by the RoC etc.
