- (1.) C.A. No. 445fPB) /2017 The prayer in this application is for correction of order dated 24.11.2017. It has been pointed out that the title of the petition has been incorrectly typed. The correct title of the petition is as under: - BCC Fuba India Limited-petitioner v. SBJ Exports & Mfg. Private Limited The second typographical error pointed out in the order is concerning the name of Interim Resolution Professional Mr. Sanjeev Arora. Accordingly, the name of Mr. Sanjeev Arora is replaced by the name of Mr. Sunil Arora in first para of the order dated 24.11.2017.
(2.) A corrected copy of the order be issued after incorporation of the corrections as stated in the preceding para.
