- (1.) This petition filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has prayed for triggering the insolvency process in the matter of Energo Engineering Projects Ltd.
(2.) It is not disputed that in IB No. 160(ND) /2017 decided on 5th September, 2017, already insolvency process had been triggered and the matter has been referred to the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India for appointment of an insolvency professional.
(3.) There are other comprehensive directions issued in respect of the aforesaid matter in a composite order disposing of some other matter as well.;
