- (1.) Affidavit of service has been filed and in para-2, it has been stated by Mr. Amit Dubey, managerial employee of the petitioner company that a copy of the petition alongwith an order dated 10.07.2017 was served on the wife of Mr. Atul Sharma, namely Ms. Mahima Sharma. The signature of Ms. Mahima Sharma is available on the photo copy of the order dated 10.07,2017 and on the letter pad of the advocate. Accordingly, we conclude that the service is complete. The respondents, inspite of service, have not been appeared, therefore, proceeded ex-parte. List the matter for arguments on 25th July, 2017.;
