It is represented that in compliance with the direction dated 13.09.2017 affidavit of service has been filed vide diary no. 2108 dated 28.09.2017. Further it is also represented that an application for condonation of delay has also been filed in relation to the compliance with the provision of section 9(3) (c) and that the same has been filed vide diary no. 3360 dated 09.10.2017.
